1 Candidate Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Primary Educational Grant, candidates must satisfy the following prerequisites:
- Must be currently enrolled in one of the 15 Recognized Partner Primary Schools.
- Must be currently between the ages of 4 and 20 years.
- Must hold an authentic recent terminal report card demonstrating at least three (3) 'A' letter grades.
- Must provide documentary evidence of household financial hardship or vulnerability.
2 Nomination & Evaluation Workflow
All nominations must be endorsed by an authorized institutional representative (Headmaster, Principal, or Class Teacher). Submissions undergo:
Automated document integrity check and 3 'A's grade calculation.
Independent blind rubric scoring by three evaluation trustees.
Final board ratification and direct notification via official reference tracking number.
3 Grant Coverage & Disbursement Policy
The scholarship covers 100% full educational expenses, including mandatory school tuition fees, term examination fees, standard uniforms, and curricular textbooks. Funds are disbursed directly to partner school bursar accounts on behalf of the scholar; cash awards are not distributed directly to guardians.
4 Falsification & Revocation Provisions
The Board maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent transcripts or forged institutional signatures. Any misrepresentation will result in immediate dossier rejection, disqualification from future cycles, and formal reporting to the participating school administration.
